Take 95S to exit 7 (Route 3). Take first exit, #18 Washington Street, and follow signs for Quincy Adams T-Station. Stay left and take a left at the lights onto Centre Street. Follow past Crown Colony entrance. Totman Street is the second left. Parking is free.

From the South
Take exit 19 on Route 3. Follow signs for the Quincy Adams T-station. Stay left and take a left at the lights onto Centre Street. Follow past Crown Colony entrance. Totman Street is the second left. Parking is free.

From the South
Take Route 3 north to route 128 (95) Dedham. Slide to right lane and take exit 6, Granite Street (Braintree/Holbrook). End of ramp, take a right. Look for entrance to Forbes Road (Sheraton Hotel) on right, across from mall. Follow around to back of hotel, look for signs Atlantis Sports Club. Park and enter through outdoor pool entrance. Staff will greet you.

From the North
Take Southeast Expressway (93) south and veer right at the split of route 3 and route 128 (95). Take route 128 and get off at first exit, exit 6, Granite Street (Braintree/Holbrook).
